Bid Manager
Cavendish has been instructed by a leading support services provider to identify an experienced Bid Manager to join their existing commercial team
The ideal candidate (Bid Manager) will have experience of managing the whole bid process, be an influential figure within a commercial team having excellent writing ability, attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
The Bid Manager will work closely with stakeholders, and members of the commercial team to produce compelling and winning multi-million pound bids.
Responsibilities
▪ Work closely with clients to understand their detailed requirements.
▪ Manage client interaction throughout the bid lifecycle.
▪ Create quality focused bid responses
▪ Respond to client RFIs, PQQs etc
▪ Manage the production of bid documentation
▪ Ensure the timely completion of bid documentation
▪ Work closely with the Commercial team throughout the Bid process
▪ Produce reports on bid progress
Essential: Adobe Indesign, MS Office suite, MS Teams
Desirable: APMP trained
