Business Development Manager (Security Guarding) Corporate Sales
Cavendish has been exclusively instructed to identify a Business Development Manager within Security Guarding (Corporate) for a leading security service provider. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the corporate sales strategy and achieving revenue targets. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in corporate sales and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing corporate sales team.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition of corporate clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyse market trends and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a corporate sales leadership role.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of the security industry
Account Management/New Business Sales to Large Corporate Accounts
Salary and Benefits:
Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year & Lucrative commission/bonus structure based on sales performance.
