Cavendish has been exclusively instructed by our client a leading security service provider to identify a talented Corporate Security Sales professional to develop business across the City and wider areas of London.
This exciting opportunity for a growing top 20 security service provider will see the successful individual play a key role for the company in delivering future growth through securing new and profitable contracts. They will deliver proactive sales, relationship building with existing customers, competitive tendering, and maximising reactive opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business guarding opportunities and drive the acquisition of corporate clients.
Analyse market trends and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing corporate sales team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Essential Skills/Experience
Proven experience in a security guarding sales role.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of the security guarding industry
Account Management/New Business Sales to Large Corporate Accounts in the security guarding sector
